  Today, my wife and I visited an amazing Dunkin’ Donuts and had a wonderful experience. The staff was awesome and friendly, and our server, Penny, went above and beyond in delivering the best customer service we’ve ever had. We drove from Florida to New York and from Florida to California, crossing much of the United States, and as coffee lovers, we can confidently say that this store and its staff are among the friendliest and happiest we’ve ever encountered. Congratulations, and thank you for making our visit so special. May Jesus bless you all!

  After reading the reviews I’m going to also assume who I interacted w/ was the manager. I was in the drive thru my window not even rolled down all the way !!! when I’m being asked what I want to order. I felt completely rushed and now pissed off cause she kept being extremely rude and cutting me off. When I got up to the window it was a nice gentlemen to finish with my payment. I feel bad for the rest of the crew as I’m sure they aren’t being tipped due to her rudeness. I suggest you all get rid of her. Thank god my food/drinks were surprisingly right and good.

  We went through the drive thru for coffee and a sandwich on a Thursday morning. No wait! Alisha was very nice and personable. Location is right off US 19, easy access off and on. Food was hot and the drink was made right (almond milk/add cream!)
