Went for an afternoon regular, black coffee. I saw the girl put in a new filter so I assume they made a fresh cup for me. Got to the end of my cup of coffee and there was the dreaded coffee grounds. If I wanted to chew on grounds, I would have made my own cup at home.

One star, because zero isn't an option. Repeated my drink order seven times — SEVEN. Like a broken record at the speaker and again at the window: unsweetened tea and lemonade. What did I get? First, tea. Then iced coffee. Then confusion. I walked inside, thinking maybe face-to-face would help. Nope. Wrong again. At this point, I half expected a milkshake just to complete the drink roulette. No one repeated my order back to me. Not once. I also ordered the bacon snackin’, bagel bites, and my sad little tea-lemonade hybrid (RIP). Guess what? Only half the order was entered. The woman next to the girl taking my order just stood there watching it all unfold like it was a live comedy show. Zero help. Zero training. Zero clue. Please stop putting fresh hires in the drive-thru with zero support. This isn't a scavenger hunt, it's breakfast. Dunkin’ corporate—do y’all need a new manager who can actually train and lead a team? I’m available. I can fix this store in a week. Give me a headset and a spreadsheet, and watch the chaos turn into customer satisfaction. Until then, save your sanity and hit up Tim Hortons on your way to the highway. At least there, your coffee won't come with a side of confusion.

3pm, 9/11/25, two people working, Isabella, a very nice sweet helpful employee, and the other worker I do not have the name of. This guy was BEYOND rude and disrespectful. I have never witnessed ANY customer interaction like this before. This person literally asked us to “pull up 3 meters and then back since YOU just wasted my time.” I was with my friend, we had ordered 2 iced coffees and 1 sandwich. Then added another sandwich to our order, which this employee rudely said he had already made the one sandwich. When i was paying, Isabella apologized for his behavior. Then when he came back with the second sandwich, is when he told me the above comment about me wasting his time. Completely shocked. I went inside after debating whether to let it pass or not, Isabella called her manager and we face-timed about it. This manager was very nice and absolutely horrified at this employee’s behavior.
