I ordered a pistachio drink, but it tasted unusually sour and had an overpowering amount of caffeine. When I politely raised my concern with the barista who prepared it, his response was dismissive and came across as rude, simply stating, “That’s how it’s made.” Frustrated by the attitude and the quality of the drink, I ended up throwing it away on the spot and leaving the location. Overall, the service was poor and lacked basic customer courtesy. I hope the management addresses these issues and takes steps to improve staff training and professionalism. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location. Rating: 0/10.
