  If you are trying to go to a good Dunkin’ Donuts where service is great and you want to rush out this is the place. I’ve had several bad experiences at other location specially to a close one to them which is Eastlake but George dieter is amazing! Every time I go there’s always very nice people greeting you, they take your order and as soon as you get to the window your order is ready! If you go to Eastlake location I suggest you guys drive a little more to George dieter they offer a better service! Thank you guys for making this Dunkin’s one of a kind ! Me and my family love it there!

  Order took a long time….. no one was in front of us by the way. To process the food , I asked for hot coffees and were cold, my coffee was supposed to have Splenda and no sweetener was added, munchkins were supposed to be assorted and no chocolate ones were received. Personnel was laughing all the time since placing the order. Bad service and food prepared incorrectly . Very disappointed.

  If you can avoid this Dunkin. I love coming to Dunkin however this location has the worst customer service and the people uuugh, I don't wanna go there. I hate that now a days it's hard to find great spots. If you want great and friendly service the DD on yarbrough is the place to go to.

  i sent my sister earlier today to pick up my order from the app i had ordered a pumpkin spice with no whipped cream and oatmilk but they added whipped cream who knows if they put in oatmilk or not!! like hm wouldn't you think "oh they ordered a dairy alternative so maybe i shouldn't use the dairy filled whipped cream correct? oh and they specified through the app order no whipped cream" but no guess your baristas don't read. there wasnt even a line so they cant use the "we were in a rush" excuse. My sister was just there to pick up so she didn't look at the details i don't blame her too much cause if the barista did his job it would have been fine.

  I live down the street, more often then not, the app allows you to order everything as if it's available, for us to show up to the store, the drink we want, not available, the donuts you want not available, DD you would make more money if you were fully stocked or are your employees being lazy? Which is it? @dunkin
