- SJSaundra JonesJun 16, 20251.0Customer service goes a long way. I ordered a hot tea and a cup was scorching. They don’t have the cardboard slips to put around the cup. I asked for an extra cup because it was too hot to hold and I was told no. I’m unsure if they are Told they cannot do this… But I would rather just go to Starbucks if they can’t spare an extra cup because the contents is hot. The bagel also tasted terrible. It wasn’t fresh and tasted like it had been there for several days
