  My recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, I found the counter empty, as the single employee was preoccupied with their cellphone and did not acknowledge me for several minutes. When they finally came to assist me, I was shocked to find numerous flies buzzing around the counter. I had to swat them away just to get to the ordering area. The unsanitary conditions made me feel uneasy and ultimately prevented me from ordering the donuts I had come for. The lack of attention from the employee and the significant cleanliness issue made for a very poor experience. I hope the management addresses these problems.

  Very slowe service. Won’t recommend if you are in a rush. They don’t really respect first - in first out policies

  A tall man with black teeth who i presume to be the owner was yelling at employees and demanded I leave 15 minutes from the second i purchase something. This is unbelievable! I would give zero stars if I could!

  My favorite Dunkin location! I stop here almost every day on my way to work. Always great & employees are super nice 🍩☕️
