Why does this location always get over on people? Charge more if you have to, but give people what they ordered. Starbucks will get my business now.
- SSSal SalMay 15, 20251.0I visited this store because it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unfortunately, I stood at the register for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I understand that the staff was busy handling online orders—things happen—but neither the team nor the manager on duty made eye contact or offered any kind of acknowledgment or apology. There were about five other people waiting behind me, and we all eventually left without being helped. It's disappointing, and I don’t plan to spend my money where customers aren’t treated with basic respect.
