- AAAlyssaOct 13, 20253.0Service was not the best, no acknowledgement when I walked up to the register, and no acknowledgement when the order was done, flys and wasps in the donut case and flying around the kitchen area. Hot chocolate and coffee were out quickly however and the dining area was pretty clean

- MGMackenzie GlazewskiJul 3, 20251.0Went to pick up my order 7/3/2025 and asked if they did pup cups. The response was a very rude tone, "I charge!" They cannot charge, pup cups are not on the menu. Without it being on the menu, how can you charge me a price? More so frustrated with the tone and treatment. I asked politely, "Do you guys do pup cups?" And that was the response I got! I know Dunkin on Coldspring does pup cups and they don't charge, because you can't unless it's on your menu.
