  absolutely unacceptable. i feel this is a decent dunkins from the other few times i've come here, but this moment really sours any other experience that i've had. i pull up to the at drive thru roughly 6 am and attempt to order my drink. the order taker asks me to "try to separate your words" and says that im mumbling. now, im very hard of hearing and have a slight speech impediment because of it, plus i had just woken up so maybe i wasn't speaking clearly. fair enough. asking a little nicer wouldn't hurt though. i state my order again and she reads it back to me in an extremely patronizing tone, almost offended that im even ordering something. i was pretty shocked as i've never been talked down to quite like this before. but even then, i dont think too much of it. she's clearly just having a rough morning. she asks if there's anything else and i request a modification to the drink which prompts her to start mocking me, repeating my order back to me while speaking gibberish. i was truly baffled and didnt know what to say. it seems that the other employees working there noticed this behavior as well because by the time i came up to the window, there was a different, much nicer, person handling my order. she apologized briefly for her coworkers behavior and i moved on. unfortunately, i dont see myself coming back here in fear of encountering the same individual. i was mocked and ridiculed for the way that i speak and i never want to go through that again. i hope something is done about it

  The service is always amazing beyond belief at this Dunkin’s location! Tonight my service was expertly and happily run properly by employees and managers/shift runners, Karisma and Mo. Exceptional service as well as the food!
