  6pm on 9/21… went to drive through no answer so we drove around front and all 3 employees are sitting outside just staring at us. I guess they don’t want our business tonight.

  Placed a order online on mobile app and got to the drive thru at exactly 8:18 pm and was told that they had already cleaned the expreso machine and were not able to make out drink due to this. We let them know we were traveling and it was very ridiculous to shut it down if they close at 9 pm. We asked for a refund and was told they can’t because we bought on the mobile app. They ask if we wanted a different drink that didn’t have expreso in it. But we did not want that. The young man ended up saying just pull around. Well turn it back on. Obviously you don’t close till 9 it wasn’t even 9:20 pm. That’s bad business very unprofessional!!!

  Manager took my order and it's nice to see younger adults working. It seems as though the Manager has everything under control which made my visit great! I went inside of the store. It was clean too.🙃

  This was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever at a coffee shop. I got given something I didn’t order on top of getting cold hash browns. As I telling her what’s wrong she keeps saying huh as if she couldn’t hear me when I was right in her face. I paid extra for the aïoli didn’t even get it. My sandwich was corrected and I ask if she was gonna make more has browns. She stated those just came out and they are mushy and taste so stale. At that point I gave up and just drove off I was given a hard time for my order not being right and those hash browns had been sitting for hours that’s nasty. NEVER AGAIN.
