We ordered two coffees, two donuts and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. There was no one in the shop but it appears the drive thru was fairly busy with one guy working the counter, one working the window and another warming up sandwiches. We received our coffees fairly quickly and were then completely ignored the rest of the time we were there. Other customers started to come in and while I waited at the pickup window not once was I spoken to or asked what I needed. There was a bag that had been set in the window that said sausage croissant but when I opened it there was a bacon egg and cheese bagel in it. I continued to wait and continued to be ignored as another employee arrived and immediately started working the window. Customer service training is a MUST for this location immediately. We left without our food and won’t be back.

Sat at the windows forever looking at it on the counter while employees ignored everyone waiting for service, including us. Left after waiting forever with no coffee. Fire these employees, a woman and young guy 7:10pm August 31st.
