I understand if they are understaffed. I was waiting forever outside and just gave up. The 2 cars behind me tried and also just drove away. I had to go inside and ask if the drive thru wasn’t working then she told me she forgot to put headphones in. They asked my order name and didn’t have clue where my order was. Was waiting for a couple of minutes til i got my drink which was sitting near the drive thru melting.
