I have had 4 or five different issues with this location which upsets me because it’s so close to my job. They usually fix the mistake however this time it made me late for work and they took my hash browns. I usually order through the app because anytime I order through their drive-through. They mess it up. So I made an order for two $6 dollar meal deals. I pull up to the drive-through tell them I’m there they give me my food. I say thank you I leave. I drive to my husband’s job to drop off his food. I had asked for no cheese on my bacon croissant egg sandwich. They give me cheese and bacon no egg on both of them. I drive back up there and tell them and show them the receipt. She fixes the mistake. I get back to my husband’s job drop off his food and I go to work. I’m already 10 minutes late because of the whole issue. And then I get to work and realize in the middle of fixing my order they take out my hashbrowns and don’t give me any. Now I know my husband didn’t have any in his box because he already ate his. And they didn’t put it in his box because I looked when I dropped it off. I’m just kinda getting tired of always having issues with this exact store and when you call them they don’t answer but when I went back, they were just standing around so they don’t wanna answer the phone. Because they know they’re gonna get complaints cause they’re not doing their jobs properly. Either get a new manager or hire all new crew. Because something’s not working..

Ordered a box of joe at 8pm which is an hour before close and they said they don't know how to make it. Huh? Tip box up pour in coffee ? Send sugar cream and cups. What kinda business are you running here. Real sad.smh... update... well played. Send box of coffee but no creamer...no sugar.. no cups.

My family and I came in around 12:30pm The food doesn’t smell right , the drinks don’t taste right, everyone is standing around with their hands in their pockets and giggling and looking back over their shoulders at us we couldn’t even eat our food we’re worried they did something to it. The guy at the counter can’t even take an order . Management please hire people that are smart enough to do their jobs

This is a warning. If you go through the drive-up window two things
1) always make sure you have your receipt
2) check your bag that everything you ordered is in the bag.
I drove and got a simple order. Drink, 1,bagel w/cream cheese and one bagel plain as is do nothing.
I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't pay attention to them putting the receipt next to till instead of handed it to me. I pulled because there was a car behind me. Good thing I looked in the bag. Only one bagel w/CC. I IMMEDIATELY turned the car around in their site.
Pulled up behind the car. So I was never put of sight. I pull up to window..this maybe 1-2 .mins and I say I ordered two, paid for 2 and you gave me one. Here's where the receipt comes in. He looks at the register, goes back one order and and says "you ordered one,". Forcefully o state no 2 and my total was $9.58. a few back and forth and I'm not sure if I saw the manager looking but they gave me the bagel
Okay today I pull up, same basic order, except this time I was in a hurry. I left , went to my friends, pulled out my bagel and guess what was NOT in the bag...once is a mistake. Twice by the same employee???
So to the day manager at the SR16 near I95 location. Keep an eye on your employees. Usually I have no problems. But then again I don't usually have a large enough order to "skip" something.
