Fabiana has an issue with serving black customers, and respecting Black people. Her eyes were very evil when she was assisting me with my order. She did not speak to me, she wasn’t welcoming, she wasn’t responsive when I requested no cheese on my sandwich. I asked her if she was OK, was she having a bad day, does she speak, etc, no response, she walked away instead .Her coworker, then insisted they could give me a refund, instead of correcting her attitude and her nonchalant approach towards customer service. The white customer who ordered after me, received the upmost respect, he received a pleasant greeting and ordered with great response conversation from Fabiana. Never at any point did she apologize for her behavior, her evil facial expressions, or attitude. She should not be working in customer service if she does not like certain races, or feel the need to treat everyone the same.
I’m a former semi professional athlete, currently and over the road truck driver, who had on a collard shirt and black jeans. Same clothing, and demeanor as the white customer who ordered after me. No reason for her to act the way she did, other than she has a race issue. She wasn’t having a bad day, she’s done this to other black customers before, going by the excellent customer service she provided the white customer after me.
