This Sunkin is by far the best in the area. Ibso.e here at least 4 times a week. It is ALWAYS consistent. Other Dunkins are never consistent in the same coffee I get. It's bitter and just not the sa.e. The person at windows us always friendly.

Worst coffee ever. Just ask for a latte with little milk and they just served a full cup of milk with almost NO coffee. Just trash

Went inside, two customers in line ahead of me. 4 staff were working…all focused on the drive thru orders. After 15 minutes or more, just left and the two individuals in line ahead of me had not been addressed by anyone on staff for their order.

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in my life. The employees at this location were completely rude and had an unacceptable attitude—even as I remained polite, responding with “yes ma’am” and “no ma’am.” When I brought the issue to the manager, she didn’t even care to ask who the employee was—just gave a quick apology and moved on. That’s not how problems get solved. Managers need to be more attentive and take action when customers bring serious concerns to their attention. Very disappointed.
