  The manager of this dunkin donut treats their employees like garbage, threatens them, swear at them, fires them out of retaliation, screams at them. It’s awful! There’s a handful of us who is curious as to why nothings been done or a professional manager hasn’t been put as replacement yet. The same manager was just complained about in a previous review, why would you want someone this terrible and hates their job to “manage” and represent your company? When the team feels cared about, your service improves. Replace this manager because she is not a good person, she even has people from her work place threatening them.

  I’m not sure what the problem is with all Dunkin donuts locations preventing customers from using Public restrooms that were built and provided for customer use. If the establishment doesn’t want the public to use the restrooms, then the establishment should remove the restrooms, or at minimum place proper signage indicating that their public bathrooms are not meant for public use. In addition, the woman that claims she “runs” the store and it’s her store is rude, obnoxious, using foul language, with customers. She should NOT be in customer service role. Worst service in 50 years of living. In addition, this employee called the cops claiming I threatened her. Which is far from the truth and an absolute lie. She’s not bright because there’s cameras everywhere to prove the interaction. Poor character to boot. She threatened to “ban” me from the establishment for making this review. I hope I get banned. I need the name and number of the GM or Owner.

  Everything was fine there except that today there was a swarm of yellow jackets zipping around even by the drive thru order kiosk. They had been keeping that under control by Spraying down that area and the pick up window. I didn't dare roll my window down. Please fix this DD.

  On.June 16 I have went to get a coffee and the manager was rude when I went through drive-through she was rude and said that the card machine was not gonna go that far so I went to see how much money I had on me so my son got out of car and walked to it’s she was nasty took the car d readers from him and slammed it so I got coffee I got a block away it was wrong so o go back mind you I have been going to Dunkin for 20 years so I go in and asked if they can remake it well the one said why what’s wrong with it I said no Carmel well the manager came up and just started running her mouth and of course I started getting mad so I said something as well they would not remake coffee so I shoved it on the floor and she threw a coffee at me a hot coffee so I threw a sign. I didn’t hit nobody I go to the one on whose street because the cops are called. The cops have everything cameras don’t lie they did not do anything due to the manager is family with the person I went and talked to. it said it’s not the only time that they had a problem with this girl girl and I’m sure it’s not the last when I told her I was calling corporate. She said go ahead and call corporate. They ain’t gonna do nothing and she was right they didn’t do nothing but I’m gonna take this to whatever I gotta do I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts every one of them for the last 20 years and I could say every Dunkin’ Donuts when I told him who it was and what store it was I didn’t even have to tell him who it was. I told him the store it was and they already said the manager they have a lot of problems with her. She still has her job. It’s OK to do the things she does
