    I've been coming to this Dunkin' for over 4 years and used to love it, never had a single issue. But lately, things have really gone downhill. The service just isn’t what it used to be. On several different occasions, I’ve ordered a shaken espresso and had to ask for it to be remade because it clearly wasn’t shaken, just stirred or poured over ice. What’s frustrating is that even when I explain nicely and ask for it to be shaken properly, they take it back and just return the same drink. It’s like they’re hoping I won’t notice. And when I do say something, I get attitude for simply asking for my drink to be made the way it's supposed to be. This isn’t just a one time issue, it happens whether I use the drive-thru, walk in, or even place a mobile order. It’s disappointing to see this kind of inconsistency and lack of care from a place I’ve supported for years. Hope the management can get things back on track.

    I had one of the worst service experiences today. I waited for over 20 minutes for a medium cappuccino, and when I politely asked about it, I was completely ignored. When I requested a refund, I was told, “You can’t have your money back—the manager is not here.” This is completely unacceptable. Delaying a simple order and refusing a refund without a manager present shows a total lack of professionalism and customer care. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

    I go to this dunks every morning and usually they are pretty good. I do a mobile order before work. This morning, I put the mobile order in 10 minutes before I got there and it still wasn't ready when I was there. I waited about another 12 minutes standing there well people were getting served and out the door ahead of me. The older woman made my coffee and left it sitting with the taps are for the iced coffees. I asked if that was my coffee and the lady responded with "Yeah give me a minute." With an attitude. I have to drive over an hour to work and timing matters with traffic. I've wasted 20 minutes of my time for these coffees while traffic gets progressively worse. The point of a mobile order is so you don't have to wait in line or anything and people were coming through the line and out the door well ahead of me. The attitude and lack of respect for my time was not very well received by me.
