Another time when I went to pick up my order and had some questions, I said “excuse me” several times but no one responded. One of the staff was even standing right there watching me, yet made no effort to help.

I said it was 8:04pm and she said “ I don’t know what to tell you , we are out of food, we sold everything” right after telling me their oven was cleaned. I asked for her managers name and her name and she refused to give me both. Why are you opening until 9:00pm if you are not serving full menu.
