  You guys should be absolutely ASHAMED of yourselves. Leaving one person there manning the entire store ALONE during rush hour. He was such a nice guy and a hard worker doing the best he could. DO BETTER.

  I ordered a ice coffee. They had no customers. I should have gotten my drink quickly, but the group of workers that were in there, decided to have a pow wow in the corner for 10 minutes. Leaving me sit there, and a customer behind me , sit there also.

  This Duncan never has enough staff. Very long wait in drive through no matter how many people. Staff are always friendly though. The cream cheese tastes like plastic wrap, heavily. If you order frozen drinks, by the time you get to the windows, it sometimes will not be frozen.

  Went to grab a quick coffee inside Dunkin. The guy with beard did not even acknowledge or greet me. The white girl did not even look back after I waited a few minutes. When I tried to get her attention, she did not greet or asked what I wanted, she said something like 'You gotta wait more'. You gotta be kidding me! That is after waiting for over 5 minutes. This dunkin owner should teach its employees to at least greet the customers that come in-person to the store or some sort of customer service. Worst customer service in any dunkin I have visited!

  I used to love it here because they was on point.. now I wouldn't send my dog 🐕 in for snack smh first I ordered online everytime this was the last time because im am allergic to chocolate 🍫 just what they gave me? Chocolate now where it was I wanted chocolate? Then im allergic to strawberry 🍓 guess what they did? Give me strawberry 🍓 smh now if I ate them both ill be in hospital then 😤 I told them oatmilk latte I was scared to drink mines (I ordered 2) everytime because I called before both times about my orders and one of the works said im being "difficult" really you blaming me for my allergic reaction smh I can't not deal with the carelessness I could've DIED why you don't care?
