  Either really understaffed or poor use of staff Waited ages being ignored one woman doing every job while other workers looking to be doing not much There are so many Dunkin’ Donuts just go to the one a few miles down the road, don’t waste time or money here.

  They always giving me my sandwich with regular bacon and not the maple bacon I always ask for the maple brown sugar bacon sandwich

  Did mobile order at 720 took until 750 to get to window and order wasn't ready Took 40 minutes get a frozen coffee

  This is the first time I’ve been to a Dunkin Donuts. I went to this store to buy some donut holes for my contribution to a small fall get together. I ordered 10 pumpkin, 10 blueberry and 10 chocolate donut holes. Since I hadn’t had lunch I decided to order the sour dough breakfast sandwich with sausage. There was only one other couple in the dining area and they were already eating. After waiting a considerable amount of time, I went up to the counter to inquire about my order. The girl asked me what I had ordered, if I had paid, and if I had received any part of my order. Another girl then came up and said my order had been ready and that she had called it out. I obviously hadn’t heard her and she didn’t take a few seconds to see if anyone was coming for it, since I was the only one in the dining area besides the couple already eating. She thanked me and topped it off by calling me “Honey”. I guess she figured that would make things all right. Anyway, I sat and started to eat the sandwich which was awful. The bread was ok, but the eggs and sausage tasted like they were microwaved. Very bland and the sausage had a grayish color which was very unappealing. I took the sausage off and finished about half and threw the rest away. Now I have to go up to the counter and inquire about the donut holes (this is the 3rd time). The girl asked me what I had ordered so I told her and indicated this was the 3rd time I had to repeat it. They had not done anything with that part of the order so I waited another few minutes for her to do some whispering with her co-worker and put that together. Overall, it was not a good experience.

  From the employee who greeted us and took our order to the other guests, we had an absolutely amazing experience here!! Yes, it took a few minutes. The drive thru line was long and there were four or five people waiting inside. But the guys and gals working were smiling and doing their absolute best to get people through the lines quickly. The mood rubbed off on those of us in the store and it was smiles all around. It reminds me that kindness still exists in these hard times!! Thanks for everything!!
