  The staff here is very hospitable and make sure we're comfortable and served properly. For the multiple times I've visited, I've had very few issues, and they were quick to remedy anything that came up. The food and drinks are served quickly and always meet my standards.

  Service one star because the lady that was short with black hair possibly Spanish. When I asked a question she told me it's on there. That's like when a cop says my name's right here and points at their badge, that's not what I asked and that is rude

  I normally don’t write these but I just felt I should mention my experience at this Dunkin yesterday before my class. I ordered the 6 dollar meal deal, which was advertised on their drive through menu. When I reached the window, I waited for over ten minutes to get my order. Worse, the employees at the window said that it wasn’t in their system yet and charged me ten dollars for my whole meal. While I understand mistakes happen, I wish I’d been told my total at the speaker, or at least warned that the price wasn’t as advertised. No rush to finish my order and no solution offered to my problem besides taking off the hash browns on the computer, which didn’t really do anything to decrease the price. I know 4 dollars isn’t a huge deal, but I was frustrated about the dishonesty of the exchange and the time it took. To my EFSC people, I highly recommend finding other places to go to avoid wasting your time and money like I did yesterday.

  This dunkin is horrible.. i asked for less ice and I get half a drink, even though i'm paying 9$ for a large drink. I come through every single day and they give me a different issue.Every single day.
