I get a different amount of shots instead of a regular drink. So samll meduim or large doesnt really apply. Im sorry but if im paying for extra or an amount of shots that dont fit into the cup you think it'll fit in, please don't pour out what I pay for... infront of the customer at that. Just put it in a larger cup with more ice..

For the multiple times I've visited, I've had very few issues, and they were quick to remedy anything that came up. The food and drinks are served quickly and always meet my standards.

I ordered the 6 dollar meal deal, which was advertised on their drive through menu. When I reached the window, I waited for over ten minutes to get my order. Worse, the employees at the window said that it wasn’t in their system yet and charged me ten dollars for my whole meal. While I understand mistakes happen, I wish I’d been told my total at the speaker, or at least warned that the price wasn’t as advertised. No rush to finish my order and no solution offered to my problem besides taking off the hash browns on the computer, which didn’t really do anything to decrease the price. I know 4 dollars isn’t a huge deal, but I was frustrated about the dishonesty of the exchange and the time it took. To my EFSC people, I highly recommend finding other places to go to avoid wasting your time and money like I did yesterday.
