They don’t take cash. Should be illegal to not accept food legal tender.. weird. Not the America I used to know

Very difficult to order at kiosk only. Need to hire more humans to help customers. Staff was nice but self order system is time consuming and confusing. Kiosk showed out of items that were available such as coffee and breakfast items.

Place is a ripoff. Almost $9.00 for a medium coffee and bagel. Plus they had the gall to ask for a tip on the self order kiosk! The attitudes of the people behind the counter range from rude to apathetic. And they don't do mobile ordering or use the Dunkin app so forget about earning points or redeeming points for product. You can't use cash, so they add a credit card surcharge as well, plus the nearly 9% tax. This is prime example of an owner who simply doesn't care about the customer or the customer experience.

No more humans to take your order. Dual kiosks only...with a huge retired population. Press "medium coffee" > Enter for a black coffee. "You must select a creamer option." "No creamer" > Enter. "You must select a sweetener option." "No sweetener" > Enter. "Only debit and credit cards accepted for payment." then they add a 0.24 credit card processing fee? Absolutely moronic! This is now the worst option in the terminal!

Food was good but the service wad terrible. The "cashier" stands there ignoring people ( except the coworkers) and when I finally got her attention I wanted to place my order. She abruptly and rudely interrupted me to tell me use the kiosk. I told her I was paying cash and she sarcastically told me no cash credit or debit only. I told her no signs indicating that policy and she turned around a small sign that was hidden and she said here it is, if you want anything, do it yourself.
