  My favorite dunkin donuts location, the people there are so nice and they are very friendly!!! They always make the drinks and food so well

  They hire the most ignorant people. Every experience I’ve had here turned out wrong. Why do you put a literal handful of bacon, cheese that i specifically ask them not to put on and no egg on a bacon and egg Sandwich????? They never have enough inventory. There’s so many more issues I’ve run into.

  I came in on a bad day, and I acknowledge that. However, there is no universe in which the people touching your food and drinks should touch or change garbage bags, not wash their hands, then touch the food and drinks. My drink was also left behind the counter and when asked about it, I was told I should have reached around their counter and grabbed it. K couldn't see whose names were on the coffees so I definitely wouldn't have grabbed the right ones. Obviously after waiting almost 30 minutes for my food, it's all somewhere between lukewarm and cold. This Dunkin is too busy for its own good. Go elsewhere. Or just avoid Dunkin altogether; the food is mediocre, the coffee is terrible, it isn't fast, and it isn't cheap.

  I don't know if this place used to be better but how does it have four stars? I've been here three times. The first time the registers were broken so they couldn't process any orders. Whatever it happens, bad timing, but they didn't tell that to anyone waiting in line. There was a customer yelling at them, which was inappropriate and probably very distracting, but the least someone can do if you see a customer walking in the door is let them know they can't place an order so they don't waste time standing around for nothing. Second time was normal. Not great not bad. Third time I try to order this location from doordash. I get a decaf latte. They accept the order but then once the Dasher gets all the way over there THEN they tell the Dasher they don't have "decaf or lattes." Obviously I understand not having decaf but did you run out of milk??

  Slowest Dunkin in the state, possibly New England. You will sit in like for at least 20min and your order will be wrong. I’ve come back a few times hoping it’ll be different and it never is
