The lady was extremely rude and confrontational. Absolutely horrific experience & definitely not a good representation for Dunkin Donuts.

- JZJuana ZavalaAug 20, 20251.0I like the people that is working in the morning but one lady that is working in the afternoon I do not like it she is ruthless with me she makes me wait to take my order so she can make the coffee for the other people behind me so I need to wait for mine more time she did it already 2 times this week and always is in the phone talking that sometimes I think she is talking with me but not and another days she goes and talk with friends that they come and see them instead of being working. I already told the manager I hope she does something about it.
