  The manager was very rude and didn't want to help me fix my order that was very disgusting. I will never go here again!!

  This is the TRASHIEST Dunkin I’ve ever been to , whomever manages it is doing a a POOR JOB ! They are always out of something, every single time I go. Today they don’t have any of the omelet bites and on the wake up wrap they had NO bacon or cheese to serve with any order PERIOD-where have you heard that before huh? They are rude and don’t offer apologies or nothing. The only reason I go to this location is because it’s right by my house and on the way to the gym. They lack customer service and they come off like they couldn’t care less. 0/10, if you can avoid this location I’d advice you should!

  This Dunkin is where incompetence goes to die. The hiring manger and all of the employees need to be fired. I try to give this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt, but i am consistently disappointed by their lack of auditory processing, customer service skills and their ability to make a coffee properly. This Dunkin is always out of stuff, including things like ice. Do not come here unless you want an attitude along with terrible coffee.

  Today on Friday September 26th I ordered three sausage egg and cheese croissant’s with extra sausage on all three… I ordered through Uber Eats and when I got my delivery I got three English muffins with no extra sausage. I ordered three croissants, so I called to the store and they said I had to come up there and my order would be fixed, I went up there and I got three English muffins again but with the extra sausage and the bread was cold and I didn’t get the croissants that I ordered… the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been to in my life and the service in person was just as trash as them not following the correct order…

  The manager on the mic taking orders in the drivethru is the problem!! She's rude, harsh and has a bad attitude all the time. How can you get my order correct if you always cut me off while I'm telling you my order? How can you confirm an order you won't let me finish giving you? This is why the orders are wrong all the time. THEN YOU GET ANGRY when I tell you my order is not correct. If y'all spend half the time you spend talking angrily about the customers actually focusing on customer service maybe you could get our orders right. Lord help us.🙏🏿
