I understand it should not be difficult to manage selling coffee and premade donuts but for a Sunday evening the line had a very long wait so another staff member is a must in my opinion. They ran out of several basic items. There is only one person working (it's 9pm) so you order, it gets made and then repeat with the next customer. This service station has three other food vendors and all of those have at least a staff of three. This place is very busy and at night coffee is a must so I assume it will only get busier. Really sad for an established franchise like Dunkin Donuts..
