They did not give me the discount claiming “they weren’t participating “ They also did not take my points for my free drink and just said “it doesn’t work” never bringing their manager to help, refusing to help. She just sighed after every breath, like she’s had the most stressful day of her life… it was 9am at Dunkin, imagine being a nurse.
