Slow service and order given incomplete, completed after reminder. I believe the name of the drive thru person was gazel. Drive thru no greetings or goodbye.

I was the only customer inside and watched as the crew would rather talk with each other then get anything done. I also watched the crew member make my bagel after using the computer with the same gloves on . What’s the point of having them on.
