    I was in there yesterday and the 2 girls who were working a 12 to 4 were actually terrible. We were in there for 30 minutes and left with the wrong order, a donut bag thrown at me and missing food. The 2 girls were incredibly rude when I tried to get the order fixed. Ordered an ice coffee, they made a latte and when I was telling them it was supposed to be an ice coffee one argued with me that “ it’s still coffee “ the bacon egg and cheese wasnt cooked. After asking for my donut the bag was thrown at me and they never made the hash browns after asking for them 2 separate times. I use to work here and this never happened. This place has went down hill incredibly. I will gladly take the extra 3 minutes to go to the one by Home Depot.

    I went through the drive-thru and what I got was not what I had ordered. So then they made it the proper way except for they gave me a bagel that was so hard and almost burnt it was ridiculous. So as I'm exiting the drive-thru I asked to talk to a manager and the young lady says she is the manager I proceed to tell her that my first order was done wrong and then my second order it was way over toasted and she goes well we don't normally toast them as if it was my fault I said I didn't ask for it to be toasted. So then she cops me and attitude and says well I can give you your money back I can't keep having people remake this. I didn't ask for it to be done wrong the first time I didn't ask for it to be done wrong the second time so I ended up leaving hungry with an hour and a half drive and now I was behind schedule because this all took 15 minutes. So I end up leaving with no food wasted time and I call the owner whose name is Shaddy. I left him a message and he couldn't bother getting back to me I figured it was a Friday maybe he was off. I called back Monday spoke with another person then I proceeded to call two other times once talking to a general manager. All of these people took down my phone number and my name and yet this individual still cannot bother to call me back with an apology. In my opinion that's absolutely disgraceful. Absolutely unacceptable for 2 and 1/2 weeks to have gone by and he can't bother to call me
