- JSJaime SmithSep 20, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would, staff is incredibly rude. Went in around 11:30am, this girl behind the counter had black hair, I was standing waiting to order just a hot coffee and she spoke to me like I disrupted her whole day. The service really sucks here.

Between the phone number never working to call and always getting the order wrong and you keep giving the benefit of the doubt that they will do good next time. They do not. They are extremely rude too. It’s absurd. You got an online order to follow I would understand if it would be in person order where the miscommunication would be but when it’s in front of your face and still argue about the order not being wrong its right in front of your face!

I waited in line for about 10 minutes while on the clock, during which the cashier was arguing with the person making the drinks. It came across as very unprofessional and frustrating as a customer.
