  I sat at the order menu for 5 minutes with no cars in front of me trying to place an order. After no response i drove to the window, a kid with butterfly tattoos and a shower cap on opens the window and says what did you order with an attitude!I said I’ve been sitting at the order menu with zero response, then I said cold brew with cold foam and he just kinda stared at me like I was inconveniencing him. After he goes to get the drink he comes back laughing and I can only imagine why. I threw the drink away, i come to this location every morning as I live around the corner. Normally great friendly service. Do better Dunkin’

  This morning, I ordered a $5 meal deal and was pleased with the freshness of the food. However, I had a concerning experience with the service. When Demetria handed me my order, the bag was tossed onto the counter rather than handed to me directly. I politely asked multiple times if the bag could be handed to me, but received no response. Eventually, Demetria asked if I needed anything, and I replied that I would like my bag to be picked up and handed to me properly. She responded by saying, "We are rushing." After a short wait, she did pick up the bag, but then stated to Lisa that she would be banning me from her Dunkin’ location. I was surprised and disappointed by this interaction and felt that it was unprofessional and unwarranted. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
