  I go to to Dunkin a lot and I've gone to most locations on the Virginia beach side of the Bay bridge tunnels. This location is one of if not the best store that I've been to. It's run like a Dunkin in New England. It's efficient it's fast there's never a line the only time I've ever had a problem is when a piece of equipment is broken but that's not the employees fault. There's never a line at the drive-thru my mobile order is always ready. This place is the gold standard for how a Dunkin should be run

  These people have never once gotten an order right. Cheap and fast yeah but you’re not going to get what you asked for.

  Rude drive thru employees. I ordered 2 large iced coffees and was handed a large and medium. When I nicely waited at least 3 minutes for the girl to open up the window and let her know I ordered a large she took the medium and said to the other employee "she ordered 2 larges, apparently" then she proceeded to pour my medium drink into a large cup, add ice and cream and gave it back with no apology. I suggest going to the Starbucks or locally owned coffee shops instead of this place.
