  What is the point of having a mobile app to expedite orders when everyone who comes in after you gets theirs first. It took us 22 mins to get our order of a hot and cold coffee, two muffins, and a donut and the coffees where already done we were just waiting on the food items for over 10 minutes and they just have to be bagged. The store was filthy the floors were gross and there were no paper towels or toilet papers in the bathroom. There were 4 women working, no drive through consuming their energy and less than 6 customers in the 20 minutes we were standing there. The one that seemed to be cooking the eggs and touching the food products had her long hair down near the food. I had to beg for my last two items and the girl with the two colored hair couldn’t be bothered to walk it down to me and addressed me as “hey spidey” to go to the other end to get the donut from her. Absolute worst Dunkin experience ever!!!!!!!!!

  Telling your customers "be more specific next time" with a giant attitude after they made our coffee incorrectly and asking for it remade? Such an inappropriate example of customer service. It's such a hard ask for people to do their job with KINDNESS.

  It's a shame I can't give this place negative stars. Don't bother going here and wasting your money, somehow they will mess up your order after you've corrected them three times, and then over ice it so much that it's bursting at the seams and you can't even get a straw in it and when asked for Less ice they just fish out the ice and don't fill the negative space and when finally tasting it it's all wrong again. You need to train your employees better, or... At all.

  Went here yesterday and ordered 2 coffees and asked for a cup of water. They absolutely refused to give me water, or ice. What kind of food establishment / restaurant refuses to provide water (especially on a hot day)!?! That is atrocious! It also seemed a bit grungy in there. Definitely will not go back to this Dunkin

  Went there on a Sunday afternoon. Was going to order after using the bathroom. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy as was the store itself with papers and litter all over the place and not a employee to be found. Would never consider eating anything that came from this store.
