I can literally see the item I want, but there’s no actual option to order it. Why not just let people order through the app?

Followed by a fifteen minute wait after that to get my order, which I got only by speaking up after seeing other people, who ordered after me, get served before me. The system is optimized to take in payments, not to serve customers.
