  I have tried to go to this location three separate times over the last 3 months and every single time I go they are out of Sugar Free Vanilla syrup. Annoying because it’s out of my way, but that’s fine. Today though, I went and I mentioned to the girl on the speaker that they’ve been out for a while to which she goes “well it’s a popular item and we only order one bottle at a time.” I’m sorry but I’m genuinely confused. If it is such a popular item that you are consistently out of, then why are you not ordering more than one bottle at a time? I have never been to any competitors (Starbucks, Scooters, Dutch Bros) and they are out of a syrup. This is frustrating because the whole reason why I’ve been going is to use the rest of my gift card balance that I have and I can’t even do that because they’re always out of it! If something is popular and there is demand, order more! It’s that simple.

  I stopped by a few mornings every now and again and order my work grandmother a large hazelnut frozen coffee. The service staff always has a smile! I'm a morning person and pretty cheerful, so I appreciate fellow morning people. The customer service is great. I'm definitely going to get the names so I can edit the review later on. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy some donuts, so they have a customer for life.

  This dunkin sucks. I gave them multiple tries and something was wrong every time. Its not hard to order a everything Bagel toasted with cream cheese.

  I have been to this Dunkin’ Donuts many, many times and it is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Every single visit the employees have an attitude, they constantly mess up orders, and their overall demeanor is absolutely horrible. I’ve given this location more than enough chances and it has been disappointing every time. Definitely not what you’d expect from a Dunkin.

  The line was very busy while the workers were cursing and being unprofessional in the workplace. I went through the drive thru at first for a pick up order and received my wake up wraps cold, the cheese not melted and the tortilla not cooked. Only the meat was cooked. My husband went back into the store to have them remake it. And then when he came back it was the wrong order completely. I had requested turkey sausage, no egg, and white cheddar. When I finally got them they were turkey sausage, egg, and American cheese. Very disappointed and will not be coming again.
