  This is a tough review to make because this is one of my starred locations. However, the door being locked during business hours so frequently finally got to me today. I ordered a walk-in on-the-go order. I get there today and the door is locked. Now I'm a hostage because I already paid on the app. So I joined the drive thru line. While waiting there, suddenly like magic someone unlocks the door 15 minutes later. I leave the drive thru line and go in. No apology. 25 minutes later. Here's a thought: if you are short staffed, the idea should not be locked your doors since you are open, unless you post a sign that states "Drive-Thru Only". Instead, allow people to come in and apologize in advance for the inconvenience and explain that there be a longer than usual, which would then give people to wait or leave at their leisure.

  Store is open, ALL doors are locked. There are even some people sitting inside. Employees won’t open the doors. There’s no sign as to why. It’s 10:50am. This happens frequently at this location. Lost my business.

  Good food & probably one of the best Dunkin' Donuts in the surrounding area as far as customer service
