No matter if I call them before or not to tell them that I want a latte (because they always mess it up), it’s still not a latte that they make. A latte has milk and espresso +/- any flavors. On DoorDash I put that I want a latte, skim milk: with caramel. Instead of a latte, I continuously either get an iced coffee or an iced dunkalatte. Both of which is… NOT A LATTE. This place needs to properly train their staff to make the correct drinks, otherwise… why are they there?! I am just so tired of them messing up a SIMPLE latte at least 5 times now in the past few months. Like what is going on?!
