Yesterday he had a little Chihuahua with him he was screaming and yelling at it he was being very mean to it. It wasn't on a leash. This dog is being mistreated by this man who all of a sudden can afford a dog when he's there asking for money? That dog's going to run out into the street and get killed. Dunkin' should not be allowing this. It's confusing enough trying to get in and out of that small opening there without having to worry about hitting that poor dog. I will no longer go here because I don't want to see that dog being mistreated there like that. Not cool.
