  the workers at this location were so nasty and rude. while I understand they may busy on a Sunday morning (shocker) that does not give them the right to speak to give customers a nasty and stank attitude. they could say things like good morning, thank you, be right with you etc. unbelievable.

  Pésima atención al cliente, la chica estaba sola , y fue muy mala clase grosera y al final hasta de dije espero que no sigas amargada el resto del día y casi se sale del counter para pegarme me grito delante de todos los costumers.

  This is the most incompetent Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They were running a promotion for a free medium coffee and they took all my points to pay for it, costing me all my points I have been saving. And, I ordered a sandwich which I asked for NO Cheese as I am allergic. And they still put cheese on my sandwich. Thank god I checked first. And on top of all this when I went inside to explain my confusion and upset for almost passing out eating the sandwich, the employee Angel did not care, gave push pack and even said “that’s not my fault”, so I asked for the manager. The manager Betsy was even ruder. She waved her hand to tell me to shoo to leave the store. I don’t understand how people in the wrong could be so ignorant and rude in costumer service. I simply wanted my points and a sandwich that won’t send me to the hospital.

I will never ever come back nor do I recommend this location. The disrespect towards the customer and, the customer's valuable time is unreal. The employees don't care about the owner hard work and millions invested to own a franchise. The employees are a deficit on your books, not a profitable asset. They will make you lose hundreds of dollars per day. My advice, clean house and hire a new crew. The employees there are putting your margins in the trash and don't care about your business.
