    i’ve never had a problem with this location and it’s really disappointing to even have to write a review. I’m not sure if this store has gotten new employees or what but the past few times I’ve gone my order has been made wrong. I finally got the courage to say something a few days ago and the guy at the drive-through tried to school me on how the drink drinks are made. ??? I worked at Dunkin for three years so I know exactly how it works inside. I didn’t ask him to remake the order. All I did was just asking if he could put in a little bit more cream he took my drink and about a minute later it came back with the exact same drink in hand. today I thought I would just walk in and order on the kiosk and maybe it would be made different?? idk but the kiosk wasn’t working and I asked the worker if I could just order with them and they proceeded to say it would be a few minutes which would’ve been totally fine, except there was nobody else in the store and there was one person in the drive-through.

    They didn’t have any donuts just a few left tonight didn’t want any of those and they don’t make donuts like they used to anymore. I guess I’ll have to make my own.

    When I tried to pay apparently my card was locked I tried to call to pay my bill for my latte but it went to voicemail I’m sorry didn’t mean to !!!! I will try to pay next time I’m around 😭 nice place !

    Honestly the worst DD experience I've ever had. We went inside to order because we had two cars and my dtr was buying me a coffee so we thought it would be easier. We ordered 2 medium cookie dough cold brews with the cold foam. We waited, probably close to 15 minutes (and we were the only customers in the store) while only one person (initially) made all of the drive thru orders while our cups sat to the side. There were other employees there (at least two that we saw) but only one came to help, selectively it appeared; she made like two drive thru drinks then sat at the counter texting one phone while looking at something on another. Maybe she was the manager and doing something work related, idk, but she never acknowledged our existence, asked what we were waiting for, nothing. Finally, the girl making the drinks made ours. We got some kind of Large coolata, not what we ordered at all. It tasted awful. Too sweet to even drink. My cup was a hot mess with coffee and syrup all over the outside. I wiped it off before leaving but it still got all over my pants. Really ridiculous service.
