  Never in my 65 years on this earth have I been a witness, to such behavior, of an employee representing your brand! I was riding with my cousin and we decided to go to the Dunkin Donuts on 5716 Baltimore Avenue, here in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. We pulled up to the window and my cousin asked for an extra small bag for my donuts. She asked with a please at the end.... no problem! Then he gave her the total which she handed him a $20.00 bill! He then asked if he could have the change which would have been 4 dollars and some change... My cousin, who is 81 years young said, I don't give money to men! He then replied, well can I have a dollar! She then said no! He then told her to move along... She said she wasn't moving and he said you can't beat me. My cousin responded that she would report him and he said go ahead!
