Wouldn’t let me add a doughnut and wouldn’t let me put oat milk in latte instead of regular milk claiming she already had finished ringing in my order but I hadn’t even paid. Claiming all her registers are down with major major attitude. She’s awful. Do better.

(By the book she said) power trip more like it. The only Duncan in the area we have issues with. Sad little lady needs to be updated on customer etiquette and company policy.
