- SASandra AchadinhaApr 30, 20253.0At times you have to wait to order at the counter for a good amount of time or wait for your mobile order that you place a good amount of time ago. There isn't a sense of urgency alot of the times with the staff. As a former manager, I get the craziness, however when you wait 98% of time for at least 5-10 minutes after you already placed the order, it's a consistent issue, especially when you place an on the go order for the convenience. There are a few great staff there, but as a whole it definitely needs proper guidance to be more efficient.
