  Every visit to this location has been met with rude unhappy employees. I did not order and will not visit again due to terrible customer service. Customers pay their salaries. Management need to on location to fix the rude attitudes!!

  I stopped by this Dunkin’ hoping for a quick pick-me-up, but was pretty let down. I asked if my coffee could be made a bit stronger—nothing fancy, just an extra shot or tweak. Instead of being helpful, the employee flatly refused unless I paid for an entirely new drink. No flexibility, no effort to offer a reasonable solution. The whole interaction felt unwelcoming. I don’t expect miracles, but a bit of courtesy and a willingness to accommodate small requests goes a long way. Coffee shops are about experience as much as the drink, and unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on both.

  Every time I have to come to this location do to work proximity the female employees that I encounter are so darn, rude nasty attitude. Does not matter what time of the day they just wake up unhappy? I guess makes you feel like you should be apologizing for disturbing them and coming up to the drive through the window.
