- KAKatherine ArlenaSep 29, 20251.0I went today to redeem the free iced coffee, when they scanned the code it redeemed the offer but it “didn’t” work on their end and they refused to offer me the free coffee and they blamed it on my phone. What upset me was the lack of customer service. Not even an apology or offer me a free drink as a courtesy. I missed out on the promo and I couldn’t even use it at another Dunkin anymore.
