  Poor customer service. I went to this location to redeem a coupon. The worker made my drink wrong and he refused to make it. He asked me to pay him 89 cents. I refused. Horrible service. I have contacted corporate.

  We took coffee and bonats with a friend, the coffee sucks, the donuts are not fresh, the service was bad. All this was organized by a man on the other side of the counter

  There is always this one guy around 2:30 who works the shift and doesn't like his job because when you do a mobile order for pickup, he just messes everything up and won't even tell the person, "Hey, we don't have this or that." I don't understand how I'm able to get the same sandwich at night around 8pm, but anytime in the afternoon with this 1 guy, he'll just mess up the entire order and act like it's all good. Please teach this man to work on his customer service and how to compensate if you don't have the correct items to make the order. This is his 2nd time messing up; I had to call Dunkin's awareline for a refund when he said he didn't have some items, but I saw them. I don't know if he has a problem with me specifically or if he actually doesn't have the items.

  The newly renovated atmosphere looks nice and decent, but it’s also a perfect stop to get baked treats, sandwiches & drinks Rating: 100/100

  The food was okay. They kinda burned the croissant but the people were nice and they fixed the problem by making another sandwich
