The place was empty, there was no one else their but me and my girlfriend- meaning no rush and time to do my order.The worker asked what I’d like to order and I asked for a medium refresher in order to get the promotion. She put in a small making me pay more- I originally wanted to use my gift card which I would have been able to if she listened to me correctly or told my order back at me butt no. I had to use my cash which I did not want to. And I told her I asked for a medium and if she could please fix it. Instead she said “no I’m already making the small cant change it now” so not only did she get my drink size wrong but she also wasted my money and refused to fix the problem, which could have been easily solved but instead she decided to waste my time, money and make me upset.
