  The service always good atmospher is better then other dunkin donuts,im customer since many years now and coffee and food is always good fresh , good people in the afternoon

  Served a man in front of me, paid with card, he left. when I ordered a breakfast sandwich he said magically card isn’t working and would not serve me. Horrible, human less customer service.

  I placed an order online.I'm literally in front of the store.The guy comes out for a cigarette.Okay, cool.But then I go to get my coffee and he tells me and my son that I have to wait 2 to 3 minutes before so he can open the door because he's outside smoking.Not only does he do that, he goes in the opposite door and he spits on the floor and inflicts a cigarette.I am so disgusted that I don't even want my shit no more.

  The Night shift guy Dave is rude and unpleasant I belive he is drinking on the job. After seeing him on multiple accounts I seen him be disrespectful to other patrons and I noticed he was over charging me a dollar. When I ask what the dollar was for he said it was his tip. I work the night shift and I avoid the Jefferson park location at all cost I rather to Nagle and Higgins or Lawrence and Kildare. The owners should fire this guy before they gets sued.

  Scanned the app took my rewards points off then told me to pay full price for my drink because the cash register said I owe that , so why did it take off my rewards points? All the cashier can say I don’t know
