But we also gave them a $40 tip when we paid for the donuts and now they will not refund our credit card and they're not answering their phone. There's other, better donut shops around

Have had multiple occasions where one of the items in the order were incorrect. I will not go back to this location. I now go a couple extra minutes out of my way to go to the Dunkin on Gatlin. Much better service there and the employees don’t seem miserable.
