Sometimes I come here out of convenience due to my location, and every time I leave feeling the same regret. The workers here are just awful. Whoever owns / manages this franchise location really sucks at what they do. Out of the 10-20 times over the last 10 years I have stopped into this one, I have had a positive experience maybe 5 times? It's my own fault for continuing to come in, but sometimes I really do think to myself "maybe this time it will be different". It never is though.
